Welcome to futurecareer.net, owned and operated by Unlimited Capabilities Inc., an Ontario, Canada corporation. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, services, products, funnels, email communications, and any related platforms (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using any part of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using futurecareer.net or purchasing any of our products or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the Services.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By using them, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective Date" above and notify you via email or a prominent notice on our website at least 14 days before changes take effect. Your continued use of the Services after the updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
Unlimited Capabilities Inc. provides career coaching, job search strategy, resume and interview preparation, and related professional development services including:
Recurring Subscriptions. Certain Services are offered on a recurring subscription basis (e.g., monthly). When you subscribe, you authorize Unlimited Capabilities Inc. to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the then-current rate until you cancel.
Auto-Renewal Disclosure. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. We will send a reminder email before any price increase takes effect.
How to Cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing [email protected] or through your account portal. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Failed Payments. If a recurring payment fails, we may retry the charge and/or suspend your access until payment is successfully processed.
Currency. All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
Digital Products. All sales of digital downloads, templates, and instant-access programs are final once access has been granted, except where required by applicable law.
Coaching Services. You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that no substantial work has been delivered.
Subscriptions. Subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. Cancel anytime to prevent future charges.
Ontario Consumer Protection Act. Ontario consumers may have additional cancellation rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2002, including a cooling-off period for certain internet agreements. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights.
Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. It is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Available at futurecareer.net/privacy.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You shall not: harass or abuse others; upload unlawful content; disrupt services; attempt unauthorized access; use bots or scrapers; or resell or redistribute content.
All content on futurecareer.net is the property of Unlimited Capabilities Inc. or its licensors and is protected under Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to us. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.
By providing your email address and opting in, you expressly consent to receive commercial electronic messages from Unlimited Capabilities Inc. in accordance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Every marketing email includes our business name, mailing address, and unsubscribe mechanism. Unsubscribe requests are processed within 10 business days.
We are not responsible for third-party websites, tools, or services linked from our platform. Use of third-party services is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, including job placement, salary increases, or interview results.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Unlimited Capabilities Inc. from any claims arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Services, or violation of any law or third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada. Both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation for at least 30 days before initiating legal proceedings in the courts of Ontario.
If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any order-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Unlimited Capabilities Inc.
