Career Booster Intensive

More views. More interviews. More clarity on what to apply for.

A 7 to 10 hour 1:1 sprint built around the three things that actually move a job search: getting recruiters to find and open your profile, turning applications into interview invitations, and knowing exactly which roles are worth your time. Built with you in real time, not homework you do alone.

Microsoft Cisco Indeed Nokia Motorola
If this sounds familiar

You're applying. Recruiters aren't finding you, interviews aren't coming, and you can't tell which jobs are worth your time.

Senior tech professionals don't need more effort. They need to get seen by the right recruiters, convert more applications into interviews, and stop guessing which roles are actually a fit.

"My profile just sits there. Recruiters aren't finding it."Views

Invisible in recruiter search

Your resume and LinkedIn were written for humans to read, not for the keywords recruiters actually search. If the title and skills don't match what they're typing, you never show up.

"I don't even know if my resume gets past the screen."Views

Formatted to be skipped

Tables, columns, and graphics that look sharp to you often get mangled or dropped by the applicant tracking systems recruiters rely on, long before a human opens the file.

"I apply and hear nothing. Not even a rejection."Interviews

Applications going nowhere

A generic resume against a generic job description reads as generic to a recruiter with 300 other applicants. Nothing in it tells them why you, specifically, are worth a call.

"I get the first call, then it goes quiet."Interviews

Interviews that don't advance

You can talk about your work. What's missing is a tight set of stories, pressure-tested in advance, that answer the questions the panel is actually scoring you on.

"I have 40 tabs open and no idea which postings are worth my time."Clarity

Guessing at fit

Without a clear read on your target role and level, you're applying broadly and hoping. Some of those roles are a stretch, some are a step down, and you can't tell which is which.

"Every posting says 'senior.' I don't know if I actually qualify."Clarity

No scoring, just guessing

Job titles are inflated and inconsistent across companies. Without mapping your real experience against what a role actually requires, every posting is a coin flip.

You don't need more advice. You need to get seen, get interviews, and know exactly which jobs are worth applying to, built with you, this week.

About Ahmed

I know exactly how this feels, because I lived it.

I'm Ahmed Zayed, an engineer from Egypt. I came to Canada in 2014 with my family, looking for a better life. I had years of international experience at Motorola, Alcatel, Cisco, and Nokia. I thought landing a job here would be easy.

I was wrong. I applied everywhere. At first I couldn't even get interviews. When I finally did, I'd never hear back. To keep a roof over my family's head, I drove Uber. Some days I'd finish a ride and go straight to an interview, still in my suit.

It took me five years to land my first full-time job in my field. Today I lead at one of the top IT companies in the world.

"The painful part wasn't the rejection. It was not knowing why I wasn't getting seen, or why the interviews I did land kept stalling out."

That's why I built Future Career. Since then I've coached 700+ professionals into IT roles across the US and Canada, closing the same three gaps every time: getting seen by the right recruiters, converting applications into interviews, and knowing which roles are actually worth chasing.

What actually changes

Eight deliverables built to move three numbers: views, interviews, and clarity

Every asset below exists to make you more visible to recruiters, convert more applications into interviews, or make it obvious which roles are worth your time.

01Clarity

Target role + positioning

The exact role, level, and company tier to target, with a one-line positioning statement so you can tell in seconds if a posting is worth applying to.

02Clarity

Personalized gap analysis

A clear map of where you're a strong fit, a stretch, or a mismatch, with a 90-day plan to close the gaps that actually matter.

03Clarity

Curated company list

30 to 50 companies scored against your profile, so you stop scrolling job boards and start applying only where it counts.

04Views

Resume optimization

An ATS-clean DOCX built to pass Workday, Greenhouse, and Lever screens, plus a visual version, so recruiters actually see your resume instead of losing it to a parsing error.

05Views

LinkedIn + personal brand

Headline, About, and experience rewritten around the exact keywords recruiters search for your target role, so you start showing up in more searches.

06Interviews

Networking + referral playbook

Warm intro scripts, referral asks, and a contact map built to open real conversations, which convert to interviews far more often than a cold application.

07Interviews

Interview story bank

10 to 15 structured stories tagged to the questions panels actually ask, so a first screen has a real shot at becoming a second round.

08Interviews

Interview toolbox

Frameworks for system design, case, technical screen, and exec rounds, the mental models that keep an interview moving forward instead of stalling out.

Honest fit check

Who this is, and isn't, built for

This is the most expensive thing I sell. I'd rather you walk away than buy the wrong thing.

This is a strong fit if you...

  • Are a senior tech professional (IC, manager, PM, DS, EM, designer) targeting a role $130k or higher who wants to get seen, get interviews, and stop guessing at fit
  • Need to compress weeks of work into a focused, intensive sprint
  • Are comfortable being challenged in real time on your story, your resume, your strategy
  • Want to walk out with assets in hand, not homework on a list
  • Are ready to run the search yourself once the system is built

This isn't right if you...

  • Want me to apply or run cold outreach on your behalf. I won't, ever.
  • Want a guaranteed number of interviews or an offer in writing. No honest coach can give you that.
  • Are at the very start of an early career or pivoting from non-tech (this is built for senior tech)
  • Can't commit to scheduling 7 to 10 hours of focused 1:1 in the next 30 days
  • Aren't ready to be in the work with me, session by session
How it runs

Four phases, 7 to 10 hours, built side-by-side

We schedule sessions in 60 to 90 minute blocks across 1 to 3 weeks based on your urgency and calendar.

Phase 1

Discovery + positioning

  • Map your background, target role, and value prop
  • Lock the one-line positioning statement
  • Set the company tier and comp band you're chasing
By end of phase 1: a positioning statement and target role brief, so you can tell in seconds whether a posting is worth your time
Phase 2

Resume + LinkedIn rebuild

  • Live drafting in the doc, pressure-tested against the target role
  • ATS-clean DOCX plus a visual version
  • LinkedIn headline, About, and experience rewrite
By end of phase 2: resume v2 and LinkedIn ready to publish, rebuilt around the keywords recruiters search for your target role
Phase 3

Network + outreach

  • Curated company list built together
  • Warm intro scripts and referral asks written
  • Outreach sequences ready to run
By end of phase 3: company list and outreach kit, ready to send, built to open conversations that convert to interviews faster than cold applying
Phase 4

Interview toolbox + dry run

  • Story bank constructed and tagged to rubric questions
  • Frameworks loaded for system design, case, and exec rounds
  • Live mock round to stress-test before you go live
By end of phase 4: story bank, toolbox, and a real dry run, so your next interview has a real shot at reaching the next round
Before and after

From invisible and guessing to seen, called back, and clear

What you bring

  • A senior tech background and a target role in mind
  • Applications going out with little response, and no clear read on why
  • A LinkedIn profile that isn't showing up when recruiters search
  • 7 to 10 hours of focused 1:1 time in the next 30 days
  • The intent to run the search yourself once it's built

What you walk out with

  • A resume and LinkedIn rebuilt around the keywords recruiters actually search
  • A curated list of 30 to 50 companies so you know exactly where to spend your energy
  • A story bank and toolbox built to turn first-round calls into next rounds
  • A referral and outreach kit that opens conversations, not just applications
  • A 90-day plan so every week has one clear next action, not more scrolling

Questions you should ask

The fine print, in plain English

What exactly am I paying $3,000 for?
Three things: getting recruiters to actually find and open your profile, converting more of your applications into interview invitations, and knowing exactly which roles are worth your time. In 7 to 10 focused 1:1 hours we build the resume, LinkedIn, story bank, and target list that move all three, together, side by side. You walk out with all eight deliverables in hand and can start running your search immediately, no homework backlog.
Will this actually get me more interviews?
I can't promise a number of interviews, no honest coach can guarantee that. What I can tell you exactly is what changes: a resume and LinkedIn tuned to the keywords recruiters search, a story bank built to turn first screens into next rounds, and a target list so you stop applying blind. Those are the levers that move views, interviews, and fit. The work is real. What you do with it, and how the market responds, is outside my control.
What does "7 to 10 hours" mean in calendar terms?
Typically 60 to 90 minute sessions across 1 to 3 weeks. Some clients sprint it across 7 days. Others spread it across 3 weeks. You set the pace based on urgency and calendar.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. You can split the $3,000 into 2 payments: half ($1,500) today and the other half ($1,500) after one month, through a dedicated installment payment link. Use the "Pay in 2 installments" button on this page, or ask me for the special link and I'll send it to you.
How fast can we start?
Usually within 5 to 7 days of payment. Book the intro call and we'll lock the kickoff date there.
I'm currently employed. Can this stay discreet?
Yes. The Intensive is well-suited to a quiet search. Sessions can run early morning, evening, or weekends. All assets are private. Nothing is published to LinkedIn until you say go, so your visibility to recruiters goes up without your current employer seeing a thing.
Does this actually work? What's the track record?
700+ professionals placed in IT roles across the US and Canada. The methods come from rebuilding my own career after immigrating to Canada in 2014. You can read the recommendations and see the people who landed jobs with me on my LinkedIn profile: linkedin.com/in/ahmedzayedit.
What do I actually walk away with?
Eight deliverables: target role and positioning, a gap analysis with a 90-day plan, a curated company list, an ATS-clean and visual resume, your LinkedIn rewrite, a networking and referral playbook, an interview story bank, and an interview toolbox. All built with you, all aimed at getting you more views, more interviews, and more clarity, and all yours to keep and reuse.
What's your refund policy?
7 days from purchase, no questions. Reply to your receipt with the word "refund" and Ahmed processes it the same business day. The refund window is a feature, not a hostage situation.

Stop guessing. Start getting seen, getting interviews, and picking the roles worth your time.

Book the intro call and we'll figure out together whether the Intensive is the right fit. If it isn't, I'll tell you honestly. No pressure.
