I know exactly how this feels, because I lived it.
I'm an engineer from Egypt. I came to Canada in 2014 with my wife and three kids, looking for a better life. I had years of international experience at Motorola, Alcatel, Cisco, and Nokia. I thought landing a job here would be easy.
I was wrong.
I applied everywhere. At first I couldn't even get interviews. When I finally did, I would never hear back. The frustration cut deep. I had a family to raise and bills that didn't pause.
To stay sharp, I went to every free training I could find. I networked. I drove Uber between interviews, sometimes still in my suit. It took me five years to land my first full-time job in my field. Today I work at one of the top IT companies in the world.
"Looking back, the painful part wasn't the rejection. It was not knowing the steps."
That's why I built Future Career. Since then I've coached over 700 professionals into IT roles in the US and Canada. The methods I had to figure out alone, I now teach in weeks, not years.
If you're stuck where I was, the path out exists. You don't have to find it the hard way.
