If this sounds familiar

You're a senior IC. The job search shouldn't feel this hard.

You've shipped real systems and led real teams. So why is this taking so long, and why does every application disappear into a black hole?

"I've been applying for 3 months with nothing."

Applications going dark

You've sent 80, 100, 200. Most never even bounce a rejection. The signal is getting lost before a human ever sees it.

"My LinkedIn used to ping. Now it's quiet."

Recruiter ghost town

Your LinkedIn used to ping weekly. Now it's silent. The profile that worked in 2022 doesn't pull recruiter searches in this market.

"I keep failing technical and behavioral interviews."

Interviews you should've won

Final rounds that go nowhere. Behavioral answers that come out flat. You leave knowing you could've done better, but didn't.

"Savings are running out, I need a job now."

Runway anxiety

Severance ticking. Savings doing math you don't like. Every month you're not signed is real money out the door.

"Who am I without this job and title?"

Identity wobble

Without the title and the team, the question "so what do you do?" stings in a way it didn't before.

"I don't want to admit I need help."

No one to debrief with

Your partner is supportive but tired of hearing it. Your friends are still employed. You're running this alone, and it shows.

Why I built this

I know exactly how this feels, because I lived it.

I'm an engineer from Egypt. I came to Canada in 2014 with my wife and three kids, looking for a better life. I had years of international experience at Motorola, Alcatel, Cisco, and Nokia. I thought landing a job here would be easy.

I was wrong.

I applied everywhere. At first I couldn't even get interviews. When I finally did, I would never hear back. The frustration cut deep. I had a family to raise and bills that didn't pause.

To stay sharp, I went to every free training I could find. I networked. I drove Uber between interviews, sometimes still in my suit. It took me five years to land my first full-time job in my field. Today I work at one of the top IT companies in the world.

"Looking back, the painful part wasn't the rejection. It was not knowing the steps."

That's why I built Future Career. Since then I've coached over 700 professionals into IT roles in the US and Canada. The methods I had to figure out alone, I now teach in weeks, not years.

If you're stuck where I was, the path out exists. You don't have to find it the hard way.

How it works

A coach in your corner, week by week, until offer day

This isn't a course you binge once and abandon. It's a steady, structured engagement. Your search, with a senior operator running point with you.

Diagnose

Week one we map your real situation: target role, gaps, runway, current pipeline. We find the bottleneck. It's almost never what you think.

Rebuild the assets

Resume rewrite that passes ATS. LinkedIn that pulls recruiter searches. Story bank for behavioral rounds. Built with you, not handed to you.

Run the search

Weekly 1:1s. Outreach scripts. Interview prep before each round. Async support between sessions when something's on fire.

Close the offer

Negotiate the comp, debrief the round, choose between competing offers. The success fee gets paid here, and only if you signed.

What's included

Everything you need to land, covered

Private weekly 1:1 coaching

A live, scheduled session every week. No group calls, no shared time.

Resume rewrite (ATS-clean)

Dual-asset standard. ATS-plain DOCX that passes Workday, Greenhouse, and Lever, plus a visual version for human-read moments.

LinkedIn optimization

Headline, About, experience rewrites. Built for recruiter search and human credibility, not vanity metrics.

Interview prep + storytelling

Behavioral story bank. System design and case prep aligned to your role. Mock rounds before the real thing.

Networking and outreach guidance

Warm intro scripts, referral playbook, message templates. The non-sleazy way to surface hidden roles.

Async support between sessions

Got a recruiter response at 9pm? A take-home dropped Friday? Send it. We don't wait until Tuesday's call.

Offer review and negotiation

Comp benchmarking, counter scripts, multi-offer choreography. The few hours that often pay for the entire engagement.

Pause-anytime billing

If your situation changes, you stop the monthly retainer and only pay for hours actually used at $300 per hour.

Honest fit check

Who this is, and isn't, built for

I'd rather lose you here than 30 days in. Read both columns.

This is a strong fit if you...

  • Are a mid-to-senior tech IC, manager, PM, DS, EM, or designer in the US or Canada
  • Have been actively searching for at least 30 days, or are about to start
  • Want a steady, accountable partner, not a one-time motivational push
  • Are comfortable being coached on hard things (your resume, your stories, your patterns)
  • Can show up to one weekly call and do the work between sessions

This isn't right if you...

  • Want a guaranteed offer in writing. No honest coach can give you that.
  • Want me to apply on your behalf or run cold outreach for you (I won't)
  • Need an immediate full sprint. See the Career Booster Intensive instead.
  • Are looking for resume-only or LinkedIn-only help (you can buy those a la carte cheaper elsewhere)
  • Aren't ready to commit to weekly sessions for at least one cycle
Investment

Pay for the work. Pay the success fee only if you win.

Most coaches charge $5k to $10k upfront and disappear if it doesn't work. This is the opposite.

Success Coaching

Weekly 1:1 coaching with a 10% post-hire success fee.

$300 /month

+ 10% of base salary, one-time, paid only after you accept an offer

  • Private weekly 1:1 sessions
  • Resume + LinkedIn rebuild (dual-asset)
  • Interview prep, story bank, mock rounds
  • Async support between sessions
  • Offer negotiation when the time comes
  • Pause anytime, only pay for hours used at $300 per hour

7-day no-questions refund If you don't feel real value in your first week, write me one sentence and your full first month is refunded. No forms, no follow-up.

Success fee is 10% of base salary on the offer you accept, billed once after start date. If you don't sign an offer during our engagement, there is no success fee, ever.

Questions you should ask

The fine print, in plain English

What does "10% only after hire" actually mean?
10% of your accepted base salary, billed once after your start date. If you sign a $180k role, the success fee is $18,000, paid once, not recurring. If you don't sign during our engagement, there is no success fee. The monthly $300 covers ongoing work regardless of outcome.
What if I don't get hired? Do I owe anything beyond the monthly?
You only ever pay the monthly retainer. There is no minimum commitment beyond the current month, and no success fee unless you sign. You can pause anytime and only owe for hours actually used at $300 per hour.
Is this a guarantee that I'll land a job?
No, and I'd walk away from any coach who promised that. What I can promise: a clear plan, weekly accountability, and the same playbook senior tech professionals use to land in 3 to 4 months instead of 6 plus.
I can't afford $300 a month, I'm unemployed.
I built this pricing structure for that exact case. The $300 monthly covers the live work. The 10% success fee is paid only after you've signed and started, when income is no longer the problem. If $300/mo is still impossible, the Career Booster Intensive is a one-time spend with payment plans, often covered by severance.
How is this different from free advice on LinkedIn or YouTube?
Free content is a starting point, not a system. You've watched the LinkedIn videos. You read the threads. You're still applying and still going dark. The reason isn't more information, it's a partner who reads your specific resume, your specific story, your specific market, and tells you what to change.
Does this actually work? What's the track record?
Over 700 professionals placed in IT roles across the US and Canada. The methods come from rebuilding my own career after immigrating to Canada in 2014, plus building communities at Microsoft and across Future Career. Track record, not theory.
How long does this typically take?
Most members sign an offer in 8 to 16 weeks from kickoff, depending on starting position, target role, and market segment. Pivoters and senior management roles trend longer. Strong IC profiles trend shorter.
Do you apply on my behalf or run cold outreach for me?
No. You drive the search. I coach the work, write with you, prep you, and negotiate the offer. Anyone applying or messaging on your behalf is a signal you should run from.
What's your refund policy?
7 days, no questions asked. Reply to my welcome email within 7 days of your first payment and your full first month is refunded. No exit interview, no friction.
How is this different from the Career Booster Intensive?
Success Coaching is a journey, weekly partnership all the way to signed offer. Career Booster Intensive is a sprint, 7 to 10 hours of 1:1 in a compressed window to build everything in one push. Coaching fits if you want a steady partner. Intensive fits if you want it built fast and you'll run the search yourself.

Want it built fast instead of weekly?

Career Booster Intensive: 7 to 10 hour 1:1 sprint, $3,000 one-time.

The job search ends when someone signs an offer. Let's make that someone you.

Book a session and we'll figure out together whether this is the right fit. No pitch, no pressure. If it isn't, I'll tell you so.
